About the event
The first Wednesday Night Adult Education experience, Sept. 18, will feature guest speaker Kathryn Lozado of the ISAIAH interfaith social justice advocacy organization. She will host a forum for us to discuss the Governor’s Budget as a moral document and elicit our input for how taxpayer funds might best be allocated to meet real needs in people’s lives. [That gathering will precede a larger gathering to be held at Christ the King Lutheran Church on Sun. Oct. 13 at 1PM - where many people of faith in the Mankato area will be invited to seekto inform and influence State leaders. It’s likely that Lt. Governor Peggy Flanagan will be there.
