What would Sunday morning be for kids if not for the excitement of Sunday School. At Centenary, Sunday School begins with exposure to the first part of 9:00 worship where the children participate in a children's sermon and are then sent off to participate in our Christian Education program.
The morning program begins with 'The Gathering' at 9:30 followed by dismissal to...
Little R.O.C.K. This is where it begins. Preschool students joining together to hear Bible stories and enter into games and fun.
We R.O.C.K. (Reaching Our Centenary Kids) K-6
Sunday School at Centenary is based upon a rotation model exposing the children to a number of different experiences
The children have approximately 45 minutes in each of the rotation sites, going to a different site each week throughout the 5 to 8 week rotation.
Cooking Lab
What was the soup that Esau traded his birthright for? How would locusts and wild honey taste? What was the peace offereing made by Abigail to King David?
Here in the Cooking Lab, the students will 'taste' some of the answers of to God's word.
Storytelling Lab
Jesus told many stories to teach a lesson
some make believe
some from history
some from daily life
Here in the storytelling lab, the children will continue the story telling tradition.
Science Lab

One of our classrooms has been designated as the Science Lab. The 'maddest' scientist of all time God, whose laboratory was the universe, who still melts the rocks, foments the winds, and roils the seas. Here, our students experiment with the laws that govern time and space, the better to know God.
Art Lab
Is there any doubt that God was an artist? Look at God's choices of color and texture, God's attention to patterns ans detail throughout this beautiful creation! In the art lab, budding artists join in the divine act of creativity.
Computer Lab
Yes, Centenary has its own computer lab. Jesus probably wouldn't know the difference between a computer and a play station, but our kids do! Here in the computer lab we hope to convert this generation's fascintation with technical things into knowledge about God and God's will for their lives.
