 Count on it!  Almost every Wednesday evening during the school year, you'll find Sam in the Centenary kitchen preparing a pleasing meal for those who come to the church to participate in youth activities, one of the choirs, or any number of other gatherings that make Wednesday 'church night'.

Professionally trained in the culinary arts, Sam joined our staff in the fall of 2007 and has been a hit ever since.  In addition to meal preparations on Wednesdays, Sam also prepares special lunches and dinners for many who meet at Centenary.
