Jo Thomas…Director, Caring Ministries
Jo often says, "Centenary is a very special place to be!" Her passion for caring is shared with other Centenary members as witnessed each time she has a request for help for funds. Such requests allow her and the pastors to provide help with food, rent, clothing, diapers (the list is endless) from the People in Need Fund or to provide meals for families with a new baby. Whatever it is, Centenary members always respond. Jo's ministry is to the homebound and those in need at health care centers. Her ministry has given her opportunities that she didn't think she was capable of and have greatly enriched her. Jo has a sense of humor and enjoys long walks, especially in State Parks. |
