Further, the Board of Trustees shall receive and administer all bequests made to the local church, shall receive and administer all trusts; shall invest all trust funds of the local church. In fulfillment of this task, the Board shall serve to coordinate the work of the Memorial Committee, the Property Management Committee and the Technology Team. PurposeYouth Advisory Council is a ministry by and with youth. Its focus is on: study, service, fellowship, music, worship, outreach and administration. It develops youth leadership and gives youth a voice in decisions. The Committee is responsible for the implementation of “Shared Ministry” in the congregation, a process which emphasizes the call of all Christians to ministry through their Baptism. This includes the responsibility to identify and recognize individual gifts and interests of the congregation so that all might become appropriately deployed for ministry. Historian Purpose The historian works independently to keep church archives and research church history. Historian: Winston Grundmeier Worship Purpose The Sunday Morning Ministry will coordinate and choreograph the Sunday morning experience with staff.
